It is officially day 50 after I stopped taking antidepressants. Since I have been pretty open about my experience so far, I decided to also share about what happens after I stop taking the SSRIs that I had been taking for 2 years. It wasn't an easy journey, but I've come to accept that depression was a part of me, so antidepressant naturally became a part of my life for a while.
